Turkey Leftovers

I love the food from Thanksgiving. Most especially the Pumpkin Pie, Jellied Cranberries and Yams. Yet, there is always so much food leftover. I have always wondered why we make so much food for such a small group of people but that is neither here nor there. This post is about those wonderful delicious leftovers and what to do them.

Every Mom's solution: CASSEROLE!!!!

Casserole #1

1. Bottom Layer: Turkey, cut up. (If you cut the turkey up it makes easier to eat.)

2. Next Layer: Gravy!

3. Next Layer: corn or left over veggie of your choice

4. Next Layer: Mashed potatos

5. Top Layer: Chesse

Casserole #2

Follow layers #1 and 2, when you get to layer #3 place your leftover dressing or stuffing on top.

Bake your cassrole @ 350 degress for about one hour. Serve with your leftover jellied cranberries, rolls and other fabulous leftovers from the day before.

Love, Honey!
